摘要
随着数字化技术与制造技术的融合,装备制造领域迎来革命性发展,探索现场工程师培养路径是职业教育的重要任务。本文整理陕西工业职业技术学院现场工程师培养路径探索经验,从现场工程师培养的根本原因出发,分析了现场工程师岗位能力需求,细化了现场工程师培养要求,提出了“产教融合搭平台、校企协同育人才”的培养路径,总结了建好产业学院的三个抓手,凝练了校企协同培养的四个重点,为装备制造领域现场工程师培养提供参考。
With the integration of digital technology and manufacturing technology,the field of equipment manufacturing has ushered in revolutionary development,and it is an important task of vocational education to explore the training path of fi eld engineers.This paper summarizes the experience of exploring the training path of fi eld engineers in Shaanxi Industrial Vocational and Technical College,starts from the fundamental reasons for the training of fi eld engineers,analyzes the job ability requirements of fi eld engineers,refi nes the training requirements of fi eld engineers,puts forward the training path of"integration of production and education,and school-enterprise collaborative education of talents",summarizes the three starting points of building an industrial college,condenses the four key points of school-enterprise collaborative training,and provides reference for the training of fi eld engineers in the fi eld of equipment manufacturing.
