摘要
文章着眼于工业机器人技术,通过工业机器人运动学模型、机器人手眼定位,详细阐述了工业机器人关键技术,并依据企业生产实际情况,研究了工业机器人在机械自动化生产中的应用技术要点,包括机器人运动轨迹规划、装配场景构建等。同时,探究了机器人技术在智能制造中的应用优势,旨在为相关企业技术改革与创新提供支持。
This paper focuses on industrial robot technology.Through the kinematic model of industrial robot and the hand-eye positioning of robot,the key technologies of industrial robot are elaborated in detail.According to the actual situation of enterprise's production,the application technical points of industrial robot in mechanical automation production are studied,including robot motion trajectory planning,assembly scene construction,and so on.At the same time,the application advantages of robot technology in intelligent manufacturing are explored,aiming to provide support for the technological reform and innovation of related enterprises.
