摘要
随着人工智能技术快速的迭代和发展,人工智能在文化创意产业的内容生产中可能会逐步占据主导地位。在这个过程中,AIGC赋能了内容生产,也造成了创意劳工失业、侵犯创意版权等新问题。与此同时,由人工智能参与的内容生产正在形成双主体式的数字劳动新模式,而文化创意产业数字平台雇佣的创意劳工正面临新的异化危机。生成式人工智能介入内容生产后,创意劳工主体出现五种新异化表征:劳动主体角色的剥夺和让渡、AI生产物的辅助工具、人工智能的训练数据、自身创造力的异化以及情感和经验的异化。
With the rapid iteration and development of artificial intelligence technology,artificial intelligence may gradually take the lead in content production in the cultural and creative industries.In the process,AIGC has empowered content production and created new problems such as unemployment of creative workers,infringement of creative copyright,etc.At the same time,the content production involved by artificial intelligence is forming a new model of“dual subject”digital labor,and the creative labor employed by the digital platforms of the cultural and creative industries is facing a new crisis of alienation.After the intervention of generative artificial intelligence in content production,there are five new alienation characteristics of creative labor subjects:the deprivation and transfer of the role of labor subjects,the auxiliary tools of AI production objects,the training data of artificial intelligence,the alienation of their own creativity,and the alienation of emotions and experiences.
