摘要
人机交互正从工具性协作迈向以情绪体验积累为中介的情感化联结,其长期可持续性成为关键议题。人机情绪交互的可持续源于“技术-情绪-社会”三者的系统耦合。技术维度以功能性、可靠性与透明性构筑信任基石;情绪维度依托复杂的情绪表达语料与智能体架构,推动即时响应向具有连续记忆与互动策略的长时交互演进;社会维度则需应对多元用户而引发的伦理挑战。由此,当前产业实践演化出功能分化、惊喜生成与亲密深化的可持续维护措施,一定程度上缓解了情绪交互可持续性的压力。但人工情绪固有的“离身性”与人类生理上对单一刺激的认知疲劳机制,使“完美拟真”和“无限黏性”目标存在根本制约。未来,人机情绪交互需要从追逐“替代性陪伴”转向构建“辅助性情感生态”,在算法逻辑与人的情感本质之间建立一种基于坦诚、边界与尊重的可持续共在,从而使人与机器在虚实共生之间守护人性的温度与情感的尊严。
Human-computer interaction(HCI)is evolving from instrumental collaboration toward emotional connection mediated by affective interaction,making its long-term sustainability a key issue.The sustainability of human-computer emotional interaction stems from the systemic integration of technology,emotion,and society.The technology dimension establishes the foundations of trust through functionality,reliability,and transparency;the emotional dimension relies on complex affective corpora and intelligent agent architectures to promote the evolution from immediate response to long-term interaction with persistent memory and interactive strategies;the social dimension needs to address ethical challenges arising from user diversity.As a result,current industrial practices have evolved sustainable maintenance measures such as functional differentiation,surprise generation,and intimacy deepening,which to some extent alleviate the pressure on sustaining emotional interaction.However,the inherent“disembodiment”of artificial emotions and human cognitive habituation mechanisms impose fundamental constraints on the pursuit of“perfect simulation”and“infinite stickiness”.In the future,human-computer emotional interaction needs to shift from the pursuit of“alternative companionship”to the construction of an“auxiliary emotional ecology”,establishing a sustainable coexistence based on honesty,boundaries,and respect between algorithmic logic and human emotional essence,so that humans and machines can safeguard the warmth of humanity and the dignity of emotions within the symbiosis of virtual and real worlds.
