摘要
情感劳动作为一种在特定劳动规则下对个人真实情感进行调整和管理,继而表达出组织期望的情感以实现特定的交流目的的劳动形态,在“剧场范式”分类标准下有“自然扮演”“表面扮演”“深层扮演”“失调扮演”等4种类型,对保持社会系统平衡稳定具有积极作用。然而在资本主义私有制中,情感劳动异化问题逐渐突显,按照马克思的异化劳动理论及其“四个规定”,可以从劳动活动本身的异化、劳动产品的异化、人的类本质的异化、人与人的异化等4个维度讨论情感劳动异化问题。由于人工智能是人脑智能的异化物与人体外在形式的有机结合,它的出现达成了一种在异化中相互促进的关系,似乎使人类更接近主体解放状态。然而,它并没有改变资本主义私有制的根源,甚至还将衍生新的异化,因此需要辩证看待人工智能对情感劳动异化的消解作用。
Emotional Labor is a kind of labor that adjusts and manages the real feelings of individuals under specific labor rules,and then expresses the expected feelings of organizations to achieve specific communication purposes.However,in the capitalist private ownership,the alienation of emotional labor is gradually highlighted.According to Marx’s theory of alienated labor and its“four regulations”,we can discuss the alienation of emotional labor from four dimensions:the alienation of labor activities proper,the alienation of labor products,the alienation of human nature,and the alienation of people to people.Because artificial intelligence is the organic combination of the alienation of human brain intelligence and the external form of human body,its emergence has led to mutual promotion in alienation,which seems to make human beings closer to the state of subject liberation.However,it does not change the root of capitalist private ownership,and even leads to a new alienation.Therefore,it is necessary to treat dialectically the dispelling effect of artificial intelligence on emotional labor alienation.
