摘要
对国内学术界关于高校“一站式”学生社区综合管理模式的建构逻辑、运行困境、突破路径等方面的研究进行梳理,发现既有的研究成果为我国“三全育人”综合改革提供了宝贵的理论启迪和实践指导,但不足之处在于:理论研究和实践探索起步较晚、文献总量严重不足、研究内容还不够丰富、视野还不够全面等,有待今后进一步深层次、多维度开展理论和实践研究,为探索形成覆盖全国的高校学生社区育人生态提供理论指导和案例借鉴。
After reviewing the research on the construction logic,operational difficulties,and breakthrough paths of the“one-stop”student community comprehensive management model in the domestic academic community,it was found that the existing research has provided valuable theoretical inspiration and practical guidance for the comprehensive reform of“three comprehensive education”in China,but there are still some shortcomings such as theoretical research and practical exploration started relatively late,the total amount of literature is seriously insufficient,the research content is not rich enough and the perspective is not comprehensive enough,etc.All of these require further in-depth and multi-dimensional theoretical and practical research in the future,so as to provide theoretical guidance and case reference for exploring the formation of a nationwide community education ecosystem.
