摘要
在社会结构深刻转型、信息传播模式迭代更新、青年价值观念多元嬗变的时代背景下,高校党建工作正经历系统性变革,逐步实现从传统单向灌输向多元主体协同联动、从静态组织运行向动态场域深度嵌入、从单一线性传播向智能精准化引导的转型跨越。文章立足场域理论核心要义,深入剖析高校“一站式”学生社区党建工作的重要价值与现实困境,提出通过拓展党建场域空间维度、完善场域主体协同机制、强化场域惯习正向引导等优化路径,推动党建工作由“传统管理模式”向“智慧治理范式”跃迁,切实将“一站式”学生社区打造成为党领导下的高素质人才培养创新阵地。
Against the backdrop of profound transformation of social structure,iterative updates of information dissemination modes,and diverse changes in youth values,the Party building work in universities is undergoing systematic changes,gradually achieving a transition from traditional one-way indoctrination to multi-party collaborative linkage,from static organizational operation to deep embedding in dynamic fields,and from single linear dissemination to intelligent and precise guidance.The article is based on the core essence of the field theory,and deeply analyzes the important value and practical difficulties of the"one-stop"student community Party building work in universities.It proposes optimization paths such as expanding the spatial dimension of the Party building field,improving the coordination mechanism of the field subjects,and strengthening the positive guidance of field habits to promote the transition of Party building work from the"traditional management mode"to the"smart governance paradigm",and effectively build the"one-stop"student community into an innovative platform for high-quality talent cultivation under the leadership of the Party.
