摘要
高校体育教练员在高水平运动队的建设中扮演着主导角色,是提升高校竞技体育综合实力的关键要素。该文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法,深入探讨了高校体育教练员人才培养的价值、困境和纾解之道。研究发现,高校体育教练员在培育竞技体育后备人才、深化体教融合战略及促进学校体育事业高质量发展方面发挥着至关重要的作用。然而,整体上仍面临着执教能力不足、角色矛盾突出及评价标准单一等困境。为促进高校体育教练员的更好发展,建议加强专业培训、增强职业认同感及优化评价机制等。
College sports coaches play a leading role in the construction of high-level sports teams and is a key element in enhancing the comprehensive strength of college competitive sports.By employing methods such as literature review,expert interviews,and logical analysis,this research explores the value,practical predicaments,and solutions of talent cultivation for college sports coaches.Research has found that college sports coaches play a crucial role in cultivating reserve talents for competitive sports,deepening the integration of sports and education strategies,and promoting the high-quality development of school sports.However,overall,it still faces difficulties such as insufficient coaching capabilities,prominent role contradictions,and simplistic evaluation criteria.To facilitate better development of college sports coaches,it is recommended to strengthen professional training,enhance professional identity,and optimize evaluation mechanisms.
