摘要
运动教练学的不断拓展和深化,极大地推动了教练员职业化、专业化的发展进程。运用文献资料调研、可视化分析和数理统计等方法对1998—2018年运动教练学研究的热点学科基础、热点内容与演化路径进行分析。研究表明:多学科交叉融合已成为运动教练学研究的主要表征之一,当前研究成果主要涉及社会学、休闲学、心理学、体育学、教育学的理论与视角;研究热点主要围绕教练员执教表现这一核心主题,聚焦于教练员教育、教练员行为、女性教练员3个方面,历经基础发展期、快速发展期、高速发展期的演进,逐步呈现出主题多元化、内容精细化、论证严谨化、研究具体化的发展趋势,不同时期研究热点与国家体育发展实际需求和国际教练员发展委员会研究规划密切相关;演化路径主要围绕教练员职业发展与培养、教练员学习路径、教练员-运动员关系、教练员执教行为、教练员压力来源及管理策略5大知识群展开。未来的研究将融入更多的学科视角,倾向于对不同执教情境/不同性别教练员执教能力的提升和执教规律的总结、教练员的社会保障和国际流动等方面。
The continuous development and deepening of Sports Coaching Science has greatly promoted the development process of professionalization and specialization of coaches.This paper uses the methods of literature research,visual analysis and mathematical statistics to analyze the basis subject,hotspots contents and evolutionary path of hot topics in Sports Coaching Science from 1998 to 2018.Results show that:Interdisciplinary integration has become one of the main features of sports coaching research,the current research mainly involve the theories and perspectives of sociology,leisure studies,psychology,sports science and pedagogy;the research focus on the core theme of coaching performance,it focuses on coaches’education,behavior,female coaches three aspects,through basic,rapid and high speed development,it gradually show a subject pluralism,content refinement,reasoning rigorousness and research materialization,the research focuses on different periods which is closely relate to the actual needs of national sports development and the planning of international coach development committee;the evolutionary path mainly focus on the five knowledge groups of the coach’s career development and training,coach’s learning pathways,coach-athlete relationship,coach’s coaching behavior,coach’s pressure sources and management strategies.Future research will incorporate more disciplinary perspectives,and tend to improve the coaching ability of coaches in different coaching situations/different gender and summarize the coaching rules,social security and international mobility of coaches.
