中药检验前处理智能设备的工艺参数验证与应用 被引量:1

Process Parameter Verification and Application of the Intelligent Equipment for Pretreatment of Traditional Chinese Medicines before Testing

摘要 中药检验前处理智能设备是智慧中药检验技术在中药行业内的首次应用,实现了中药检测前处理由人工向智能化的转型。该智能设备由入料存盖系统、综合预处理系统、振荡系统、出料/超声系统、冷凝回流系统五大模块组成。通过考察该设备定量加液的精确度、介质加热时间和温度的精确度,证明了该设备可达到使用要求。选取合欢花为代表性药材,考察使用该智能设备和人工方法处理所得样品的结果一致性,以及处理多批次样品的用时情况。结果表明,该智能设备可实现中药前处理的智能分选,实现冷凝管在线自动清洁,并且多批次药材的处理效率可提升至94.40%。 The intelligent equipment for pretreatment of traditional Chinese medicines(TCM)before testing is the first application of the intelligent TCM testing technology in the TCM industry,which realizes the transformation of the pretreatment of TCM detection from manual to intelligent.The intelligent equipment is composed of five modules:feed storage system,comprehensive pretreatment system,oscillation system,discharge/ultrasonic system and condensation reflux system.By investigating the precisions of quantitative liquid filling,medium heating time and medium temperature,it was proved that the intelligent equipment could meet the using requirements.With Albiziae Flos as the representative medicines,the consistency of the results between the samples processed by this intelligent equipment and the manual processing was compared,and the time consumption of multiple batches of samples were tested.The results showed that the equipment could realize the intelligent sorting of TCM pretreatment,and the online automatic cleaning of the condensing tube.Moreover,the processing efficiency of multiple batches of TCM could be increased to 94.40%.
