中药材保质增效干燥预处理技术的研究现状、问题及对策 被引量:1

Research Status,Problems and Countermeasures of Drying Pretreatment Technology of Traditional Chinese Medicinal Materials for Quality Assurance and Efficiency Enhancement

摘要 新鲜中药材由于含水量较高,易腐烂和变质。通过干燥降低水分含量是延长中药材保质期的常用方法。然而,中药材干燥普遍存在时间长、产品品质易受损等问题。在干燥工序前选用适当的预处理技术不仅能够缩短干燥时间,且对中药材品质的保障具有积极作用。文章介绍了不同中药材干燥预处理技术的作用机制及对中药材干燥效率和质量的影响,分析了预处理技术在中药材干燥应用中尚存在的问题,并针对不同中药材活性成分提出了选择预处理方法的建议,为中药材干燥预处理技术的应用提供参考。 Fresh Chinese medicinal materials are prone to decay and deterioration due to their high moisture content.Reducing the moisture content through drying process is a common method to extend the shelf life of the herbal materials.However,the drying process of Chinese herbal medicines often takes a long time and causes damage to product quality.Selecting a proper pretreatment technology before drying can not only shorten drying time,but also play a positive role in ensuring the quality of Chinese medicinal materials.This review introduces the mechanism of different drying pretreatment technologies and their impacts on the drying efficiency and quality of Chinese herbal medicines,analyzes the existing problems in the application,and proposes the choices of pretreatment methods for some Chinese herbal medicines with different active ingredients.It is hoped to provide some references for the application of drying pretreatment techniques to Chinese medicinal materials.
