案例教学融合课程思政教学在“食品加工与贮运”课程中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 将案例教学和课程思政有机结合在一起,进而提升专业硕士研究生的科学文化素质和思想道德水平,是培养新时代拔尖型创新创业人才的重要手段。通过多年来在“食品加工与贮运”课程教学中的经验积累发现,学校构建专业教育、课程思政教育及创新创业教育融合的教学体系,辅之以“一中心、二融合、三手段”教学方法,这是互联网时代下实现基础知识扎实、实践应用能力强、综合素质高的拔尖型创新创业人才培养的有效途径。 Integrating case teaching and curriculum ideology and politics organically,and then improving the scientific and cultural quality,and ideological and moral level of professional master students,it is an important means to cultivate top-notch innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the new era.With the teaching experience accumulation in the course of“Food Processing and Storage”,we found that the construction of a teaching system integrating professional education,curriculum ideological and political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,the application of teaching methods with“one center,two integration and three means”,was an effective way to cultivate top-notch innovative and entrepreneurial talents with solid basic knowledge,strong practical application ability and high comprehensive quality.
