摘要
“食品生物技术”是针对食品科学与工程、乳品工程和食品质量安全专业学生开设的一门拓展课程,因其课程内容多且综合性强,导致学生学习效果欠佳。本文探讨了线上线下混合教学的优势与劣势,线上线下混合式教学能充分利用线上教学时间灵活、学习方式丰富、线下教学沟通及时、课堂氛围浓厚等优势,正确合理地使用能提高教学质量,但其也存在学生自主学习意识不强、网络设备欠缺等不足的问题。以“食品生物技术”课程为例,探索设计课程内容,如理论内容教学、课程考核等方面以激发学生的学习兴趣,更好地促进学生创造性想法产生能力的培养。
“Food Biotechnology”is an extending course offered for students majoring in food science and engineering,dairy engineering and food quality and safety.Due to its extensive and comprehensive content,the effect of the course is not good for students.This article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of online mixed teaching.Online mixed teaching can make full use of online teaching time flexible,rich learning methods,offline teaching communication timely,and strong classroom atmosphere,reasonable use correctly can improve the teaching quality,but it also exist students’autonomous learning consciousness is not strong,lack of network equipment of insufficient problems.Taking“Food Biotechnology”course as an example,explore and design course content,such as theoretical content teaching,course assessment and other aspects,to stimulate students‘interest in learning and to better promote the cultivation of students’creative idea generation ability.
