摘要
文章针对申南凹煤业20110工作面开采过程中煤层倾角较大导致液压支架下滑和倾倒的问题,综合分析了工作面矿压表现规律,并对液压支架的受力状况进行深入研究,确定了液压支架危险截面的具体位置,进而提出了具有针对性的防倒防滑改进方案。在实施改进方案后,通过有限元分析验证,支架的应力状况得到了显著改善。实际应用结果证明,优化后的防倒防滑装置有效提升了支架的稳定性。
Aiming at the problem of sliding and toppling of hydraulic support caused by large dip angle of coal seam in the mining process of 20110 working face of Shennan'ao Coal Industry,this paper comprehensively analyzes the law of mine pressure performance in the working face,and makes an in-depth study on the force state of hydraulic support,determines the specifi c position of dangerous section of hydraulic support,and then puts forward a targeted anti-falling and anti-skid improvement scheme.After the implementation of the improvement scheme,the force state of the support has been signifi cantly improved through fi-nite element analysis verifi cation.The practical application results show that the optimized anti-falling and anti-skid device effectively improves the stability of the support.
