适用于大倾角工作面的液压支架防倒辅助装置设计

摘要 以某矿奥灰+3煤层40°倾角工作面为研究对象,设计一种适用于大倾角工作面的液压支架防倒辅助装置。该装置包括主动防倒、被动扶正、协同防滑三大核心机构及安全防护模块,能够实现对液压支架全方位姿态调控与失稳预防。研究结果表明,该装置有效提升了大倾角条件下液压支架的整体稳定性,为大倾角煤层安全高效开采提供了可靠保障。 The article takes the 40°dip angle working face of the Aohui+3 coal seam in a certain mine as the research object,and designs a hydraulic support anti collapse auxiliary device suitable for large dip angle working faces.The device includes three core mechanisms:active anti overturning,passive stabilization,and collaborative anti-skid,as well as a safety protection module,which can achieve comprehensive attitude control and instability prevention of hydraulic supports.The research results indicate that the device effectively improves the overall stability of hydraulic supports under high inclination conditions,providing reliable guarantees for safe and efficient mining of high inclination coal seams.
