摘要
“食品质量管理学”是食品质量与安全专业学生必修的一门理论与实践紧密结合的应用型核心课程。该文分析了“食品质量管理学”课程教学过程中存在的问题,并在此基础上结合食品产业发展趋势以及食品生产各环节对食品质量管理技术人才的需求,提出以实践教学带动理论知识的课程教学改革思路与建议,以期为食品质量与安全专业高质量人才的培养提供参考。
“Food Quality Management”is a required application-oriented core course that combines theory and practice for food quality and safety major students.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the course teaching part of“Food Quality Management”,based on its analysis and combined with the development trend of the food industry and the demand for food quality management technical talents in all aspects of food production,this paper puts forward the ideas and suggestions of curriculum teaching reform based on the mode of practical teaching driving theoretical knowledge,in order to provide a reference for the high-quality training of food quality and safety professionals.
