摘要
通过分析食品质量与安全专业食品质量管理课程设计教学环节中存在的主要问题,提出从选题设计、设计过程质量监控体系以及考核体系构建3个方面进行全面的改革与实践,以强化学生的实践能力。
By analyzing problems in the teaching of course design on Food Quality Management for students specialized in Food Quality and Safety,a series reforms and practices were carried out on design task,supervising and quality assessment during design course and examination system,so as to enhance the practice abilities of students.
