Emotional Vocational Education Practices Across Borders:Exclusive Interview with Professor Zhu Dequan from Southwest University

摘要 在党和国家政策的推动下,中国职业教育实现了从“层次”到“类型”的历史性跨越。这期间离不开一批职业教育学者做出的学术贡献。朱德全教授躬耕于职业教育领域二十余年,致力于开展课程与教学领域和职业教育学领域的跨学科研究,围绕着农村综合中学、城乡职业教育统筹、区域职业教育、职业教育高质量发展等议题展开了深入的理论与行动研究,形成了“职业教育融通与课程教学统整”的独特研究域。他将课程与教学论的专业知识作为支撑职业教育研究的动力源泉,将“职普融通”与“区域融通”作为职业教育研究的逻辑理路,矢志不移地践行“问题导向、实证取向与社会服务”的学术精神,取得了卓著成就。在长期的学术探索与田野考察中,朱德全教授将课程教学统整于职业教育研究中,鲜明地提出中国职业教育要坚持“跨界共生”的发展理念,要自觉围绕产业人才需要而“转”、随着经济增长方式转变而“动”、适应社会和市场需求而“变”、跟着产业结构调整升级而“走”。朱德全教授的理论成果与田野实践体现了他“顶天立地”的学术追求。他寄语职业教育领域的广大青年学者:要有一种大思路、大眼界、大胸襟,以超越学科局限的宏观视野,高屋建瓴地做职业教育研究;要有扎根精神,深入田野,面向事实本身和现实问题,做活生生的职业教育研究。 After long-term unremitting efforts by the Party and the state,China’s vocational education has achieved a historic leap from“level”to“type”.During this period,it was inseparable from the academic contributions made by a group of vocational education scholars.Professor Zhu Dequan has been dedicated to the field of vocational education for more than 20 years,and is committed to conducting interdisciplinary research in the fields of curriculum and teaching,as well as vocational education.He has conducted in-depth theoretical and action research on issues such as rural comprehensive high schools,urban-rural vocational education coordination,regional vocational education,and high-quality development of vocational education,forming a unique research field of“vocational education integration and curriculum teaching integration”.Throughout his academic career,Professor Zhu Dequan has taken the professional knowledge of curriculum and teaching theory as the driving force behind vocational education research,and used“vocational education integration”and“regional integration”as the logical clues for vocational education research.He has steadfastly practiced the academic spirit of“problem orientation,empirical orientation,and social service”and achieved remarkable achievements.In his long-term academic exploration and field investigations,Professor Zhu Dequan has integrated curriculum teaching into vocational education research,vividly proposing that China’s vocational education should adhere to the development concept of“cross-border symbiosis”,consciously“transform”around the needs of industrial talents,“move”with the transformation of economic growth patterns,adapt to social and market demands,and“move”with the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure.Professor Zhu Dequan’s theoretical achievements and field practice reflect his academic pursuit of“standing tall and upright”.He sent a message to the vast number of young scholars in the field of vocational education:to have a broad mindset,broad vision,and broad mindedness,to conduct vocational education research from a macro perspective that transcends disciplinary limitations;We should have a rooted spirit,delve into the field,face the facts themselves and practical problems,and conduct live vocational education research.
