摘要
本文阐述粮油食品中重金属污染来源以及重金属对粮油食品品质的影响,分析粮油食品重金属污染检测存在的问题,并提出有效的优化对策,旨在能够为粮油食品重金属污染检测提供一定的参考,有效提升我国食品安全监管工作水平和质量。
This paper describes the sources of heavy metal pollution in grain,oil and food and the influence of heavy metal on the quality of grain,oil and food,analyzes the existing problems of heavy metal pollution detection in grain,oil and food,and puts forward effective optimization countermeasures.The aim is to provide a certain reference for the detection of heavy metal pollution in grain,oil and food and effectively improve the level and quality of china's food safety supervision work.
