摘要
本文分析了当前食品重金属检测过程中存在的技术选型偏差、样本管理缺陷、设备维护漏洞等核心问题,并提出优化检测技术适配方案、完善实验室管理体系、强化检测人员能力建设等举措,旨在为提升检测数据准确性提供解决方案,为完善食品安全监管体系提供理论依据。
This paper analyzes the core issues existing in the current food heavy metal detection process,including technical selection deviations,sample management defects,and equipment maintenance loopholes.It proposes measures to optimize the adaptation of detection technology,improve laboratory management system,and strengthen the capacity building of detection personnel,aiming to provide solutions for improving the accuracy of detection data and offer a theoretical basis for perfecting the food safety supervision system.
