摘要
结合现阶段我国发生的食品安全事件,分析了产生食品安全问题的原因,归纳了传统与非传统食品安全问题的区别,提出了通过坚持"从田头到餐桌"全过程管理理念,运用综合控制手段、开展管理体系认证、实施食品防护计划、推广追溯管理制度、严格政府监管执法等应对食品安全问题的措施。
According to the food safety happened in our country,the reasons of producing problems of food safety was analyzed.The difference between the traditional and non-traditional food safety issues was summed up,and some corresponding measures about the food issues were proposed,such as: insisting on the management concept of whole process "From Field to Table",using the comprehensive control methods,carrying on the management system certification,implementing the food defense plan,promoting the traceability management system,the government supervision and law enforcement should be more strict,and so on.
