摘要
产业学院作为企业深度参与的高校新型办学模式,旨在填补人才培养与岗位需求间的缺口,企业与高校两者目标一致、功能契合,企业为高校搭建了良好的实训平台,产业学院建设成为企业内涵式发展的重要形式。为了实现校企双方利益共赢的基本目标,双方需采取相应措施,建立良好的互动模式和健全的合作方式。
As a new educational model,industry colleges involve the deep participation of enterprises in higher education and aim to bridge the gap between talent cultivation and job market demands.The alignment of goals and complementary functions between universities and enterprises enables enterprises to provide universities with high-quality practical training platforms,making industry colleges an essential form of enterprise-driven development.To achieve the fundamental objective of mutual benefit,both universities and enterprises must adopt corresponding measures,establish effective interaction models,and implement sound collaboration mechanisms.
