面向产业的开放式云产教模式探索 被引量:13

Exploration of Open Cloud Industry-education Model for Industry

摘要 高等工程教育是面向产业的教育,随着工业4.0的到来,国家层面要求工程教育采用产教融合的模式。当前,高校传统的以理论教学为主的教学模式和实践资源很难支撑培养学生分析和解决复杂工程问题的能力,导致学生解决实际工程问题的能力不足,企业接受度低,就业压力大。将产业与高等工程教育紧密贯通,实施产教融合是当前工程教育发展的主要模式。高校如何有效结合产业的需求,引入产业资源,并融入到教学中实现产教融合的目标,还有待深入探索。本文提出基于云产教和众包的理念进行工程教育模式的创新,将产业教师、毕业设计需求、工程案例、教育服务、远程实践等引入工程教学体系,创新系列措施和方法,研制云产教的平台载体,并在本科工程教育中实践,为我国高等工程教育的产教融合探索途径和提供思路。 Higher engineering education,an industry-oriented education,is required to adopt the model of industry-education integration with the arrival of Industry 4.0 by the national level.At present,the traditional teaching mode and practical resources of colleges and universities,which are mainly based on theoretical teaching,can hardly support the cultivation of students’ ability to analyze and solve complex engineering problems,resulting in insufficient ability of students to solve practical engineering problems,low acceptance by enterprises and high employment pressure.Closely linking industry with higher engineering education and implementing the industry-education integration is the main mode of development of engineering education at present.It remains to be explored how universities can effectively combine the needs of industry,introduce industrial resources and integrate them into teaching to achieve the goal of industry-education integration.This paper proposes the innovation of engineering education mode based on the concept of cloud industry-education and public packet,introduces industrial teachers,graduation design requirements,engineering cases,educational services and remote practice into the engineering teaching system,innovates a series of measures and methods,develops the platform carrier of cloud industry education,and practices it in undergraduate engineering education to explore ways and provide ideas for the industry-education integration in higher engineering education in China.
