摘要
城市地下市政基础设施(简称地下设施)普查是加强城市地下设施体系化建设的重要举措,地下设施数据建设是补齐城市地下空间规划、建设、运维和安全管理短板的重要部署。本文综合分析地下设施特征及地下设施信息化平台建设需求,设计了地下设施数据库、图件、三维模型、CIM数据库等地下设施数据产品体系,并以杭州市萧山区城市地下设施数据建设和应用实践,证明了本文讨论内容的科学性与适用性,形成了城市地下设施数据建设及应用工作的“萧山经验”,可为其他地区城市地下设施普查工作提供参考。
The survey of urban underground municipal infrastructure(referred to as underground infrastructure)is an important measure to strengthen the systematic construction of urban underground infrastructure.The construction of underground infrastructure data is an important deployment to fill the gaps in urban underground space planning,construction,operation and maintenance,and safety management.This article comprehensively analyzes the characteristics of underground infrastructure and the construction needs of underground infrastructure information platforms,and designs underground infrastructure data product systems such as underground infrastructure databases,graphics,3D models,and CIM databases.Through the construction and application practice of urban underground infrastructure data in Xiaoshan district,Hangzhou city,the scientificity and applicability of the content discussed in this article has been proven,forming the"Xiaoshan Experience"for urban underground infrastructure data construction and application work,providing reference for urban underground infrastructure census work in other regions.
