摘要
文章通过应用业务流程重组(BPR)管理思想,分析现有学籍管理业务流程中的问题,并提出以“流程导向”替代传统的“职能导向”。在此基础上,文章进一步明确各管理单位的职责,贯彻以生为本的理念,综合考虑减少处理时间、提升人文关怀、提高审核准确性等方面,重新设计学籍管理流程,结合信息化手段,合理运用教学管理平台等工具,实现教学管理的高效化、规范化和信息化,从而提升学生的满意度。
This paper applies Business Process Reengineering(BPR)principles to analyze and address issues in current student record management processes.It proposes a shift from a traditional"function-oriented"approach to a"process-oriented"approach.By clarifying the responsibilities of each management unit and adhering to a student-centered philosophy,this paper aims to redesign student record management processes.Key considerations include reducing processing time,enhancing human-centered services,and improving review accuracy.By leveraging information technology and educational management platforms,the study seeks to achieve greater efficiency,standardization,and digitalization in academic management,ultimately enhancing student satisfaction.
