摘要
随着社会转型的加速与社会结构的重构,我国教育主体发生了分化。转型期基本的教育主体有:国家、社会、家庭与受教育者。教育主体的分化意味着教育关系的变革。我国的教育关系在计划经济时代是以计划、行政命令为基础的教育关系,这一关系具有政治化、行政化的色彩;市场经济初步建立之后,教育关系发生了深刻的变化,逐步形成了一种利益分化、市场化的教育法律关系。
The educational main bodies have been dividing along with the acceleration of the society transformation and reconstruction of social structures. The basic main bodies are the country, society, families and students in the transforming period. The differentiation of educational main bodies means the change of education relation. The education relation of our country established on the basis of plan and administrative orders in the period of planned economy, so it was political and administrative. And the education relation experienced great changes after market-oriented economy was initially established which gradually changed into a relationship on the basis of interest and market. The change of education relation makes new demands on law.
