摘要
高等学校教学管理信息化的研究对优化网络资源,强化教学监控,保证教育质量,提高管理效率和促进大众化高等教育的发展都具有重要意义;教学管理信息化研究主要包括基于网上运行的招生、学籍、成绩、排课、公选课,以及教师课堂教学质量评价、考试质量分析和教材管理等八大系统;韩山师范学院教务处从95年开始研究教学管理信息化,在实践中走出了一条“强化自我研制,适当引进改造、结合实际开发”的道路,形成了自己的管理特色,同时也出了一批成果。
The study on teaching administration informationalization of colleges and universities is significant to optimize the network resource, strengthen the teaching supervision, guarantee the education quality, enhance administration efficiency and promote popular higher education. The study mainly consists of eight network-based systems including recruiting, study archives, grades, public courses, teaching appraisal, test analysis and textbooks management. Department of Educational Administration Hansan Normal University launched the research on teaching administration informationalization in 1995, and had excogitated an approach of 'strengthening self-research, introducing and reconstructing properly, developing based on reality' with unique features on adminstration and quite a few achievements.
