摘要
目的制定苦参愈肠合剂质量标准。方法蛇床子采用薄层色谱法定性鉴别。苦参中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的含量采用高效液相色谱法测定。结果薄层色谱鉴别主斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;苦参碱和氧化苦参碱分别在30.04~300.4μg/ml(r=0.9999)、12.02~120.2μg/ml(r=0.9999)浓度范围与峰面积线性关系良好。加样回收率分别为99.38%(RSD=1.28%)、98.65%(RSD=1.34%)。结论建立的方法可用于苦参愈肠合剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard of Kushen Yuchang mixture.Methods The thin layer chromatography was used to qualitative identify fructus cnidi in the preperation.The content of matrine and oxymatrine in Sophora flavescens Ait was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Results Fructus cnidii could be distinguished by thin layer chromatography without interference from the negative control.The linear ranges of matrine and oxymatrine were 30.04~300.4μg/ml(r=0.9999),12.02~120.2μg/ml(r=0.9999)with the recoveries were 99.38%,98.65%and the RSD were 1.28%and 1.34%,respectively.Conclusion The method is suitable to be used for the quality control of Kushen Yuchang mixture.
