摘要
目的 利用显微鉴别手段,确定止痛化癥胶囊中贵重药材土鳖虫、全蝎、蜈蚣的鉴别方法。方法 通过查阅相关文献确定土鳖虫、全蝎、蜈蚣三味中药材的显微特征,并采用显微鉴别方法对成药中的土鳖虫、全蝎、蜈蚣进行鉴别。结果 对不同批次和厂家的止痛化癥胶囊中土鳖虫、全蝎、蜈蚣进行了较完整的显微鉴别,最终认定土鳖虫与全蝎体壁碎片以及蜈蚣独有的气管道碎片为其不同特点。结论 选择土鳖虫和全蝎体壁碎片、蜈蚣气管道碎片作为混合入药的主要显微特征,为止痛化癥胶囊建立新的质量标准提供参考。
Objective Use microscopic identification method to identify three drugs in Zhitong Huazheng Capsule.Methods Firstly,the microscopic characteristics of eupolyphaga,scorpion and centipede were determined by consulting relevant literature,the microscopic identification method was used to identify the eupolyphaga,scorpion and centipede in proprietary Chinese medicine.Results A complete microscopic identification and comparison were made between the eupolyphaga,scorpion and centipede of Zhitong huazheng capsule from different batches and manufacturers,and initially identified eupolyphaga's and scorpion's body wall fragment and gas pipeline of centipede as characteristics.Conclusion Finally,the body wall fragment of eupolyphaga and scorpionthe were selected as the main microscopic identification characteristics of the mixed medicine.The gas pipeline fragments of centipede as the auxiliary microscopic identification characteristics of mixed medicine.It prodives reference for establishing new quality standard of Zhitong Huazheng Capsule.
