ICP-MS法测定止痛化癥胶囊中无机元素的含量 被引量:1

摘要 建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定止痛化癥胶囊中无机元素的含量,填补该药品无机元素研究的空白。采用HNO3-H2O2体系将止痛化癥胶囊粉末湿法消解后,以铟、铑2种元素为内标元素,用ICP-MS法测定止痛化癥胶囊中无机元素的含量。各元素回归方程系数≥0.999 4;各元素检测限0.000 1~0.161 1μg/L;定量限0.000 3~0.537 0μg/L,精密度、稳定性及重复性试验的RSD均小于5.0%,加样回收率为95.0%~101.7%,RSD值为0.34%~2.83%。测定了止痛化癥胶囊中锂、铍、硼等48种无机元素,其中,钡、铜、锰、硼等元素含量较高。本研究首次对止痛化癥胶囊无机元素组成及含量进行报道,可以为止痛化癥胶囊药材的药效物质基础、质量控制及安全性评价提供一定参考。 To establish a microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)method for the determination of inorganic elements in zhitong-huazheng capsules,and to fill in the gaps in the study of trace elements in the drug.The zhitong-huazheng capsule powder was wet-dissolved by HNO3-H2O2 system.The two elements of In and Rh were used as internal standard elements.The content of inorganic elements in the zhitong-huazheng capsules was determined by ICP-MS.The coefficient of regression equation of each element was≥0.999 4 and the detection limit of each element was0.000 1-0.161 1μg/L.The limit of quantification was0.000 3-0.537 0μg/L.The RSD of precision,stability and repeatability test were all less than 5.0%.The sample recovery rate was 95.0%-101.7%,and the RSD value was 0.34%-2.83%.48 kinds of inorganic elements such as Li,Be,B,etc.in the zhitong-huazheng capsules were determined,among which the contents of Ba,Cu,Mn and B elements were higher.This study reports for the first time that the composition and content of inorganic elements in zhitong-huazheng capsules,which can provide a reference for the pharmacodynamic basis,quality control and safety evaluation of capsules.
