摘要
贸易合作既是中日双方经济互惠的重要组成,又是稳定中日政治外交关系的战略关键。回首新中国成立以来,中日双边贸易发展先后经历曲折探索、夯实基础、快速提升、腾飞深化和转型徘徊等多个阶段,尽管历经波折,但始终稳中向好,规模范围不断扩大,结构互补日益深化。自2012年以来,在货物贸易方面,中日双边贸易规模高位徘徊,贸易占比不断提升,贸易结构逐步向技术密集型产品集中,贸易方式不断趋于多元化发展,贸易地区主要集中沿海发达省份;在服务贸易方面,中日双边贸易规模不断扩大,贸易增速强劲,中国在日本服务贸易中的地位不断攀升,旅游服务、运输服务、商业服务等成为双边合作的主要领域。当下全球经济动荡不安,贸易风险和不确定性日益增加,中日双方更应排除不利因素干扰,同心同力、共谋未来,携手推动双边贸易迈向宽领域深层次。
China-Japan trade cooperation is not only a crucial component of economic exchange and mutual benefit between the two nations but also a strategic key to stabilizing political and diplomatic relations.Since the founding of New China,the development of bilateral trade between China and Japan has gone through many stages,such as exploration with twists and turns,consolidation of the foundation,rapid promotion,soaring and deepening,and transformation and wandering.Despite several ups and downs,it has always been stable and improving,with the scope of scale expanding and structural complementarity deepening.Since 2012,in terms of trade in goods,the scale of bilateral trade has been hovering at a high level,the proportion of trade has been increasing,the trade structure has gradually concentrated on technology-intensive products,the trade mode has been diversified,and the trade area is mainly concentrated in coastal developed provinces.In terms of trade in services,the scale of bilateral trade between China and Japan has been expanding,the trade growth rate has been strong,China's position in Japan's trade in services has been rising,and tourism services,transportation services,business services,etc.have become the main areas of bilateral cooperation.Nowadays,the global economy is in turmoil,and trade risks and uncertainties are increasing,China and Japan should eliminate the interference of unfavorable factors,make concerted efforts,seek the future together,and join hands to promote bilateral trade to a wide range of fields and deep levels.
