超声波酶法结合正交实验优化艾叶多糖提取工艺 被引量:2

Ultrasonic Enzymatic Method Combined with Orthogonal Experiment Used to Optimize the Extraction Process of Artemisia Argyi Polysaccharide

摘要 艾叶为菊科植物艾蒿([WT6BX]Artemisia argyi)的叶,是中医常用药之一,有散寒止痛,温经止血的功效。该研究采用超声波酶法提取艾叶多糖,设计正交试验对其提取工艺条件进行优化,并采用蒽酮硫酸法显色对其多糖含量进行测定。最终确定了最佳提取条件为料液比为1∶35(g∶mL)、超声波处理时间为25 min、乙醇体积分数为80%。在最佳条件下超声波酶法提取艾叶多糖的提取率达到了1.43%,实验结果证明了超声波酶法和正交实验在提高艾叶多糖提取率方面的有效性和可行性。 Artemisia argyi is the leaf of mugwort,a plant in the composite family.It is one of the common medicines used in traditional Chinese medicine.It has the effect of dispelling cold and relieving pain,warming channels and stopping bleeding.In this paper,polysaccharide from mugwort leaf was extracted by ultrasonic enzymatic method,orthogonal test was designed to optimize the extraction conditions,and the content of polysaccharide was determined by anthranone sulfuric acid method.Finally,the optimal extraction conditions were determined as solid-liquid ratio of 1∶35(g∶mL),ultrasonic treatment time of 25 min and ethanol concentration of 80%.Under the best conditions,the extraction rate of polysaccharide from Artemisia argyi was 1.43%.The experimental results proved the effectiveness and feasibility of ultrasonic enzymatic method and orthogonal experiment in improving the extraction rate of polysaccharide from Artemisia argyi.
