摘要
为研发以废油为稀释剂、沥青混合料回收料(RAP)为主要集料和沥青来源的路面坑槽冷补料,分别采用废机油、餐厨废油和柴油作为稀释剂制备冷补沥青,并基于冷补沥青布氏黏度、挥发性和储存稳定性测试结果探明了稀释剂最佳掺量;其次,在RAP掺量为70%时,通过冷补沥青混合料和易性和稳定度试验结果,确定了冷补料最佳沥青含量,并评价了其路用性能。结果表明:废机油、餐厨废油、柴油均具备稀释沥青的功能,其推荐掺量分别为35%,30%和25%(与沥青质量比),所制备的冷补沥青混合料在最佳沥青含量下各项性能合格,符合路面坑槽修补使用要求,其中以柴油-RAP冷补料的路用性能最优。
To develop a pavement pothole cold patch material using waste oil as a thinner and Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement(RAP)as the main aggregate and asphalt source,cold patch asphalts were prepared using waste engine oil,waste cooking oil,and diesel as thinners.The optimal dosage of the thinner was determined based on the results of tests for the viscosity of the cold patch asphalt,volatility,and storage stability.Subsequently,with a RAP content of 70%,the optimal asphalt content for the cold patch material was determined through workability and stability tests of the cold patch asphalt mixture,and its road performance was evaluated.The results showed that waste engine oil,waste cooking oil,and diesel can all dilute asphalt effectively,with recommended dosages of 35%,30%,and 25%,respectively.The cold patch asphalt mixture prepared at the optimal asphalt content demonstrated satisfactory performance in all aspects.
