摘要
为研究溶剂型冷补沥青混合料的性能,以冷补液组成材料为变量,分别研究了冷补液的旋转黏度、黏附性与挥发性,提出了技术要求,并确定了其合成工艺和各组分的最佳掺量;然后对比研究了两种级配冷补料的强度,分别研究了矿粉和稀释剂掺量对冷补料的施工和易性与强度的影响规律;最后验证了经验公式预估沥青用量的有效性,并确定了最佳有效沥青用量.结果表明,稀释剂对冷补液的黏度影响最大,各组分掺量与冷补液黏度具有较好的数学关系,抗剥落剂与树脂能够有效提高冷补液黏附性与沥青膜厚度,但过高掺量不利于拌和;研发的新型冷补液各组分质量比为基质沥青∶柴油∶N1∶K2=100∶24∶5∶0.5,冷补料的级配采用LP-10,有效沥青用量为6%,矿粉用量为4%,以此制备的冷补料具有优良的初始强度、成型强度,以及低温施工和易性.
In order to study the performance of solvent-based cold patching asphalt mixture,the rotational viscosity,adhesiveness and volatility of cold patching were studied with the composition materials of cold patching as variables.The technical requirements were put forward,and the synthesis process and the optimum content of each component were determined.Then the strength of two kinds of graded cold patching materials was compared and the influence of mineral powder and diluent content on the workability and strength of cold patching materials was studied.Finally,the validity of empirical formula to estimate asphalt content was verified,and the best effective asphalt content was determined.The results show that the diluent has the greatest influence on the viscosity of cold patch asphalt,and the content of each component has a good mathematical relationship with the viscosity of cold patch asphalt liquid.The anti-stripping agent and resin can effectively improve the adhesion of cold fluid and the thickness of asphalt film,but the excessive amount is not conducive to mixing.In addition,the optimum ratio of base asphalt,diluent,resin and anti-stripping agent of the new type cold patch asphalt is 100:24:5:0.5.The grading of cold patch asphalt mixture is LP-10,the effective asphalt content is 6%and the mineral powder dosage is 4%.The cold patch asphalt mixture prepared by this method has excellent initial strength,forming strength and low temperature construction workability.
