摘要
针对国内冷补沥青混合料配方不合理、使用效果不理想的问题,分析了冷补料的强度形成机理和性能要求,据此提出了冷补液的配方和矿料级配范围,制定了基于纸迹试验的配合比设计方法,提供了粘附性试验、贯入试验、滚动试验、修正马歇尔试验等4种性能评价方法分别用于评价冷补料的粘附性能、施工性能、粘聚性能、成型强度和水稳定性,可为我国冷补沥青混合料技术的发展提供有益的参考。
Analysis on mechanisms of strength formation and performance requirements is studied for irrational formulations and unfavorable effects of cold mix in China.Based on the analysis,this paper presents cold pacth asphalt formulation and material gradation scope,describes a mix design method based on paper trace test,and introduces four approaches for evaluating adhesion performance,workability performance,cohesion performance,moulded strength and moisture susceptibility.It provides a valuable reference for the development of cold patch asphalt mixture in China.
