摘要
通过古籍文献调研、中医药现代研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内知名专家学者的认识及应用经验,归纳出桃仁功效主要为:活血祛瘀,润肠通便,止咳平喘。症靶为闭经、便秘。现代药理研究发现,桃仁及其有效成分具有抑制血栓、心血管保护、抗肿瘤、抗炎、润肠通便、保护呼吸系统等作用。桃仁皮中苦杏仁苷的代谢产物氢氰酸具有一定毒性,通常临床中应去皮使用;并且使用燀桃仁和炒桃仁可降低毒性并使有效成分更易煎出。临床使用剂量为3~30 g,内服时当根据不同疾病,或同一疾病的不同阶段进行辨证使用,并积极探索桃仁用量与症靶、标靶的量效关系构建。
Through investigation of ancient books and the sorting of modern research achievements of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the understanding and application experience of famous experts and scholars in desciplinaryfields such as traditional Chinese medicine clinical medicine and science of Chinese materia medica,it is concluded that peach seed mainly has the effects of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis,clearing intestine and facitating feces excretion,and relieving cough and asthma.The symptom targets are amenorrhea and constipation.Modern pharmacological studies have found that peach seed and its active ingredients have effects of inhibiting thrombosis,cardiovascular protection,anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,clearing intestine and facitating feces excretion,and protecting the respiratory system.Hydrocyanic acid,a metabolite of amygdalin found in the peach seed coat,has certain toxicity and should usually be used without skin in clinical practice;And using roasted and stir-fried peach seed can reduce toxicity and make the active ingredients more easily extracted through decoction.The clinical dosage is 3-30g.When taken orally,it should be used based on syndrome differentiation according to different diseases or different stages of the same disease,and the construction of dose-effect relationship between the dosage of peach seed and the symptom target and biochemical indicator target should be explored actively.
