摘要
目的 探讨在脑卒中后运动性失语患者中应用高压氧联合头皮针治疗对焦虑和抑郁状态的影响。方法 选择2020年6月至2023年6月期间在武汉市汉口医院接受治疗的80例运动性失语且伴有焦虑、抑郁症状脑卒中患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组接受药物治疗和常规言语康复训练,治疗组在对照组基础上开展高压氧联合头皮针治疗。比较两组失语程度、焦虑和抑郁改善情况。结果 治疗8周后,治疗组波士顿诊断性失语症检查法(BDAE)评级明显高于对照组,P<0.05。治疗8周及治疗结束12周后,治疗组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论 对脑卒中后运动性失语患者应用高压氧联合头皮针治疗可显著提升其语言功能,缓解其负面情绪。
Objective:To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with scalp acupuncture on anxiety and depression in patients with motor aphasia after stroke.Methods:Eighty stroke patients with motor aphasia accompanied with anxiety and depression were selected from June 2020 to June 2023 in Wuhan Hankou Hospital and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received medication and routine speech rehabilitation training,while the treatment group received hyperbaric oxygen combined with scalp acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The improvement of aphasia、anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the BDAE rating of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.After 8 and 12 weeks of treatment,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen combined with scalp acupuncture can significantly improve the language function of patients with motor aphasia after stroke and relieve their negative emotions.
