摘要
目的探究穴位艾灸联合头皮针治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床效果。方法本次纳入晋江深沪福联中西医结合医院2022年1月至2023年12月收治的80例急性脑梗死患者,随机投掷法分为对照组(给予常规治疗)与观察组(给予联合治疗),比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(77.50%)(P<0.05);NIHSS评分低于对照组,且Barthel评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血液流变水平值均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组碱性成纤维细胞生长因子、血管内皮细胞生长因子表达水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位艾灸联合头皮针治疗该疾病效果显著,不仅可改善神经功能,提升日常生活自理能力,还可改善血液流变学水平值,同时提升生长因子表达水平,促进病症恢复。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint moxibustion combined with scalp acupuncture on patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Jinjiang Shenhu Fulian Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine included 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction,from January 2022 to December 2023.They were randomly divided into a control group(receiving conventional treatment)and an observation group(receiving combined treatment)using the throwing method,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(77.50%)(P<0.05).The NIHSS score was lower than that of the control group,and the Barthel score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of blood rheology in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The expression levels of bFGF and VEGF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Acupoint moxibustion combined with scalp acupuncture has a significant effect on the treatment of this disease.It can not only improve neurological function and enhance daily self-care ability,but also improve the level of hemorheology and growth factor expression,promoting disease recovery.
