摘要
通过分析天津市农村供水水源水质、供水工程建设和管理运行等方面,发现问题主要体现在供水水源容易受到周围环境的影响;农村供水工程建设标准和验收标准有待提高;供水体系管理运行缺乏统一标准、水费收缴困难、运管人员专业素质不高等方面。针对现存问题实施了稳定水质工程,加强水质检测从源头上保护农村供水水质;在供水工程建设方面合理规划供水工程布局,将工程建设与乡村的发展紧密联系起来,适当提高供水工程建设和验收标准,多方面把控供水工程质量;运管人员统一培训,制定统一管理标准,提高人员考核标准,多方位健全供水体系管理机制,以期为提高天津市农村供水安全保障水平提供参考。
Through the analysis of the water quality of rural water supply sources in Tianjin,the construction and management of water supply projects,it is found that the problems are mainly reflected in the fact that the water supply sources are easily affected by the surrounding environment.The construction standards and acceptance standards of rural water supply projects need to be improved.There is a lack of unified standards for the management and operation of the water supply system,difficulties in collecting water charges,and low professional quality of operation and management personnel.In view of the existing problems,the water quality stabilization project has been implemented,and the water quality testing has been strengthened to protect the water quality of rural water supply from the source.In terms of water supply project construction,the layout of water supply projects should be reasonably planned,the project construction should be closely linked with the development of rural areas,the construction and acceptance standards of water supply projects should be appropriately improved,and the quality of water supply projects should be controlled in many aspects.Unified training of operation and management personnel,formulation of unified management standards,improvement of personnel assessment standards,and multi-faceted improvement of the water supply system management mechanism,in order to provide reference for improving the level of rural water supply security in Tianjin.
