摘要
针对反渗透化学清洗效果差的问题,分析反渗透化学清洗过程中的影响因素及存在情况。通过调整反渗透系统一段和二段的化学清洗顺序、增加非氧化冲洗药剂的接触时间等一系列改善措施,提高了反渗透化学清洗效率,延长了反渗透膜的使用寿命,保证了除盐水供水水质的稳定性。
Aiming at the problem of poor chemical cleaning effect of reverse osmosis,the in⁃fluencing factors and existence of the chemical cleaning process of reverse osmosis is analyzed.By adjusting the chemical cleaning sequence of the first and the second sections of reverse osmosis,in⁃creasing the contact time of non-oxidizing rinsing chemicals and other improvement measures,the chemical cleaning efficiency of reverse osmosis has been improved,the service life of reverse osmo⁃sis membrane has been prolonged,and the stability of desalinated water supply quality has been en⁃sured.
