摘要
面对当前老龄化不断加剧的趋势,老旧小区作为老年人口集中分布的区域,其适老化改造的任务紧迫。梳理我国社区养老服务政策的演进和老旧小区适老化改造的历程,对当前老旧小区适老化改造的现状问题进行分析,并从居家环境适老化改造、社区存量空间资源统筹利用、社区养老设施和公共环境完善提升、改造资金筹措和养老设施建设运营等方面提出老旧小区适老化改造策略。
Facing the increasing trend of aging,old residential communities,as areas with a concentrated distribution of elderly populations,face an urgent task of aging-friendly renovation.By reviewing the evolution of China's community elderly care service policies and the history of aging-friendly renovation in old residential communities,the current issues in such renovations are analyzed,and strategies for aging-friendly renovation of old residential communities are proposed in terms of adapting home environments to the needs of the elderly,integrated utilization of existing spatial resources within communities,improvement and upgrading of community elderly care facilities and public environments,fund-raising for renovations,and the construction and operation of elderly care facilities.
