摘要
本文聚焦城市更新背景下既有住宅建筑的空间功能问题,结合典型老旧住宅现状,系统梳理其在空间布局、功能适配、使用品质与舒适性方面的主要不足,提出以动态适应性、多样可变性、品质提升和舒适便利性为导向的改造目标与设计原则。通过布局重组、空间复合利用及适老化策略,构建高效、灵活、宜居的居住环境。该文章结合实际案例,验证改造路径的可行性,为既有住宅更新提供设计参考。
This article focuses on the spatial function issues of existing residential buildings in the context of urban renewal.By combining the current situation of typical old residential buildings,it systematically sorts out their main deficiencies in spatial layout,functional adaptation,use quality,and comfortness.It proposes transformation goals and design principles oriented towards dynamic adaptability,diverse variability,quality improvement,and comfort convenience.Through layout reorganization,spatial compound utilization,and aging-friendly strategies,an efficient,flexible,and livable living environment is constructed.The article combines practical cases to verify the feasibility of the transformation path,providing design references for the renewal of existing residential buildings.
