摘要
马华教授是第七批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师,全国三八红旗手,巾帼建功模范医师,在治疗肾脏病方面,积累了丰富的临床经验及科研基础。慢性肾脏病是一种由各种原因引起持续3个月或其以上的慢性肾脏结构和功能障碍的临床综合征。随着我国老龄化进展及糖尿病、高血压病等疾病的高发,肥胖相关性肾病、高血压肾损害、糖尿病肾病、尿酸性肾病等疾病导致的慢性肾脏病发病率不断上升,中医药可有效防治慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease, CKD)及其并发症、延缓肾脏病进展。马华教授诊治慢性肾脏病有独特的见解和认识,认为“虚、湿、瘀、毒”为慢性肾脏病重要病机,“虚”主要表现在气血阴阳不足、脾肾两虚。“湿、瘀、毒”表现在湿浊内蕴、瘀毒阻滞。治疗上分期辨证、随症加减,早期注重益气活血,中期注重温补脾肾,后期注重解毒降浊、祛邪扶正,并总结出芪红合剂、益气通阳方、芪红通瘀饮等经验方,取得了满意疗效。
Professor MA Hua is the guiding teacher for the academic experience inheritance work of the seventh batch of national Chinese medicine experts,the national march-eighth red-banner pacesetter and the good female model physician.In the treatment of kidney disease,she has accumulated the rich clinical experience and the scientific research foundation.Chronic kidney disease is a clinical syndrome of chronic renal structural and functional impairment lasting for 3 months or more.With the development of aging in our country and the high incidence of diseases such as diabetes and hypertension,obesity-related kidney disease,hypertensive kidney damage,diabetic nephropathy,uric acid nephropathy and other chronic kidney disease disease are increasing,traditional Chinese medicine can effectively prevent and treat chronic kidney disease and its complications,and delay the progression of kidney diseases.Professor MA Hua has a unique view on the diagnosis and treatment of chronic kidney disease.She believes that“deficiency,dampness,blood stasis and toxin”are the important pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease.“Deficiency”is mainly manifested in the deficiency of Qi,blood,Yin and Yang,deficiency of spleen and kidney.“Dampness,blood stasis and toxin”are manifested in the retention of dampness and turbidity and obstruction of blood stasis and toxin.In the early stage,Qi-invigorating and blood-activating method should be emphasized.In the middle stage,warming spleen and kidney should be emphasized.The author summarized the experience prescriptions such as Qihong Mixture(芪红合剂),Yiqi Tongyang Decoction(益气通阳方)and Qihong Tongyu Decoction(芪红通瘀饮)which have obtained satisfactory curative effect.
