摘要
推行代表作评价制度是新时代我国教育评价改革的的重要方向。为此,各高校纷纷启动了学术评价改革,开始探索不同形式的代表作评价方案。但当前高校教师代表作评价实施情况究竟如何?文章基于42所高校最新的教师职称评审文件分析发现,虽然表面上看,代表作评价制度在高校得到了更大范围的推广,但大多数高校实施的“代表作评价”改革还未触及学术评价的根本。当前高校代表作评价的推行还受到传统学术交流制度、人脉圈子文化、评审专家资源、智能技术应用水平等制度、文化、资源以及技术障碍的影响。基于此,需打破以期刊为中心的传统科研交流系统,并利用数智技术开辟兼顾学术自由与管理效率且保障评价过程客观、公正、可行的新渠道。
To promote the representative work evaluation system is an important direction of China’s education evaluation reform in the new era.Universities have launched academic evaluation reforms to explore different evaluation schemes for teachers’representative works.However,what is the status quo of the representative work evaluation implemented?Based on the analysis of the latest documents for teachers’professional title evaluation from 42 universities,it is found that although the representative work evaluation system has been widely promoted on the surface,the reform of“representative work evaluation”carried out in most universities has not yet touched the root of academic evaluation.At present,the implementation of representative work evaluation in universities is hindered by factors of institution,culture,resource and technology,such as the traditional academic exchange system,the circle culture of people’s connections,the resource of evaluation experts,and the application of intelligent technology.Therefore,it is necessary to use digital intelligence technology to open up a new channel that takes into account academic freedom and management efficiency,and ensures objective,fair and feasible evaluation,on the basis of breaking the traditional journalcentered communication system for scientific research.
