摘要
医院职业暴露已成为临床一线工作者面临的主要问题之一。实习护生正处于从学校向临床工作的全面过渡阶段,由于专业知识不足,对护理工作中的风险认知不够、缺乏自我防护意识及心理准备等因素,因此实习护生的职业暴露发生率高,容易对其身心造成损害,甚至对未来职业态度产生消极影响。本文从职业暴露的危害、影响因素、防护措施等方面进行综述,旨在降低职业暴露率,强化职业防护的标准性,使实习护生在岗前养成防范职业暴露的意识,以确保实习护生的安全,并为今后的相关研究提供参考。
Hospital occupational exposure has become one of the main problems faced by clinical frontline workers.Nursing students are in a comprehensive transition stage from school to clinical work.Due to the lack of professional knowledge,insufficient awareness of risks in nursing work,lack of self-protection awareness,psychological preparation and other factors,the incidence of occupational exposure of nursing students is high,which is easy to cause physical and mental damage to nursing students,and even has a negative impact on their future professional attitude.This paper reviews the hazards,influencing factors and protective measures of occupational exposure,aiming to reduce the rate of occupational exposure,strengthen the standard of occupational protection,and make nursing students develop the awareness of preventing occupational exposure before work,so as to ensure the safety of nursing students and provide reference for future related research.
