摘要
目的:探讨莪术丸联合亮丙瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症(EM)的效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月在北京中医药大学深圳医院接受治疗的90例EM患者,随机分为对照组(亮丙瑞林治疗)和联合组(在对照组基础上联合莪术丸治疗),每组45例。比较两组患者中医证候积分、血清炎症指标、性激素水平、复发率。结果:治疗后,两组下腹疼痛、经期延长、带下量多、形寒肢冷积分降低,且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-8、雌二醇、促黄体生成素水平降低,且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05);联合组复发率低于对照组(P=0.042)。结论:莪术丸联合亮丙瑞林治疗EM可有效改善患者中医证候,减轻炎性反应,改善性激素水平,且1年内复发率较低。
Objective:To investigate the effect of curcuma zedoary pill combined with leuprorelin in the treatment of endometriosis(EM).Methods:A total of ninety patients with EM who received treatment in Shenzhen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group(leuprorelin treatment)and combination group(curcuma zedoary pill treatment on the basis of control group),with forty-five cases in each group.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,serum inflammatory index,sex hormone level and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,lower abdominal pain,prolonged menstrual period,more weight and cold body cold score decreased in two groups,and the combination group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-8,estradiol and luteinizing hormone in two groups were decreased,and the combination group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of combination group was lower than that of control group(P=0.042).Conclusion:Curcuma zedoary pill combined with leuprorelin in the treatment of EM can effectively improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,reduce inflammatory response,improve sex hormone levels,and have a low recurrence rate within one year.
