摘要
目的:探究四君子汤联合常规西药治疗脾胃气虚型胃炎的临床效果。方法:选取2023年12月—2024年6月毕节市织金县中医医院收治的80例脾胃气虚型胃炎患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,研究组采用四君子汤联合常规西药治疗。比较两组中医证候积分、治疗效果、幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性率及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组胃痛、疲倦乏力、肢冷便溏评分及总分下降,研究组较对照组低(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率较对照组高(P=0.019);治疗后,研究组Hp阳性率低于对照组(P=0.015);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:常规治疗联合四君子汤治疗脾胃气虚型胃炎的效果较好,能够减轻不良症状,降低Hp阳性率,且安全性良好。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Sijunzi decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of spleen-stomach Qi deficiency gastritis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with spleen-stomach Qi deficiency gastritis treated in Bijie Zhijin County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Sijunzi decoction combined with conventional western medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,therapeutic effect,positive rate of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of stomachache,fatigue,cold loose stool and total score of the two groups decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.019).After treatment,the positive rate of Hp in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.015).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of conventional treatment combined with Sijunzi decoction on spleen and stomach Qi deficiency gastritis is better,it can reduce the adverse symptoms,reduce the positive rate of Hp,and has good safety.
