膨胀蛭石的颗粒级配对非膨胀型防火涂料性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]非膨胀型防火涂料因其在火灾中对钢结构稳定可靠的防火效果而得到重视,对该材料的原料配方、生产工艺等方面的研究仍需深入。[方法]在由水泥、高岭土、改性纤维和防火助剂组成的涂料中添加不同粒径范围的膨胀蛭石,以考察膨胀蛭石的颗粒级配对非膨胀型防火涂料性能的影响。[结果]当按质量比6∶15∶36∶43将4~10目、10~20目、20~40目及40~60目的膨胀蛭石复配,制得的防火涂料具有最佳的防火性能,其有效防火时间可达185 min。[结论]通过调整原料的颗粒级配,提高其堆积密度,降低涂料内部的孔隙率,能够有效提高防火涂料的防火性能,这对于非膨胀型防火涂料防火性能的提升具有一定的参考价值。 [Objective]Non-intumescent fireproof paints have received attention due to their stable and reliable fireproof effect on steel structures during fires.However,further research is still needed on the raw material formulation and production process of these paints.[Method]The effect of particle gradation of expanded vermiculite on the performance of non-intumescent fireproof paint was studied by adding expanded vermiculite with different particle size ranges to a paint mainly composed of cement,kaolin,modified fibers,and fire-retardant additives.[Result]The fireproof paint prepared with expanded vermiculite of 4-10 mesh,10-20 mesh,20-40 mesh,and 40-60 mesh at a mass ratio of 6:15:36:43 exhibited the best fire resistance,with an effective fireproof time of up to 185 minutes.[Conclusion]By adjusting the particle size distribution of raw materials to increase their bulk density and reduce the porosity inside the coating,the fire resistance of the coating can be effectively improved.This finding provides valuable insights for improving the fire resistance of non-intumescent fireproof paints.
