高黏结性和低膨胀的玻璃粉/环氧树脂防火涂料的制备及防火性能

Preparation and Fire Resistance of Glass Powder/Epoxy Resin Fireproof Coatings with High Bonding Strength and Low Expansion

摘要 【目的】获得高黏结性和低膨胀的防火涂料。【方法】选用具备优异黏结性能的环氧树脂作为成膜物,选择玻璃粉作为隔绝火焰的无机填料,通过优化组成制备了玻璃粉/环氧树脂防火涂料。研究了玻璃粉含量对防火涂料的微观结构、热导率及黏结性能的影响,通过酒精喷灯实验测试其防火性能并探究防火机理。【结果】防火涂料中玻璃粉弥散分布在环氧树脂的连续网状结构中;防火涂料对不锈钢的黏结强度会随玻璃粉含量增加而逐渐衰减,但整体仍然高于10 MPa;玻璃粉体积分数超过50%的防火涂料具有较好的防火性能和低膨胀特性,其火焰接触面出现一层白色连续玻璃层,背火面的温度基本稳定在180℃以内,并且样品在防火测试过程中膨胀不明显。【结论】制备的玻璃粉/环氧树脂防火涂料可用于机动车、动力电池等高黏结性和低膨胀防火领域。 [Objective]To obtain fireproof coatings with high bonding strength and low expansion.[Method]This study selected epoxy resin with excellent bonding properties as the matrix and glass powder as the flame-blocking inorganic filler.A glass powder/epoxy resin fireproof coating was successfully prepared by optimizing its composition.The influence of glass powder content on the microstructure,thermal conductivity and bonding properties was investigated,and the fireproof performance was tested and the fireproofing mechanism was investigated through the alcohol blowtorch experiment.[Results]The results indicated that the glass powder was diffusely dispersed within the continuous network structure of the epoxy resin.The bonding strength of the coating to stainless steel gradually decreased with increasing glass powder content,yet remained above 10 MPa overall.Fireproof coatings with a glass content exceeding 50vol%exhibited good fire resistacne and low expansion characteristics.A continuous white glass layer formed on the flame-exposed surface,while the temperature on the unexposed side remained stable below 180℃.Furthermore,the sample showed insignificant expansion during the fire test.[Conclusion]The prepared glass powder/epoxy resin fireproof coatings show promising application potential in fields requiring high bonding strength and low expansion,such as new energy vehicle components and power battery systems.
