摘要
为揭示御窑厂瓷质套钵、垫饼等窑具的原料配方和制作工艺,利用EDXRF、热膨胀仪等分析手段,对2021年景德镇御窑厂遗址西北角发掘出土的明早期瓷质窑具元素组成、烧成温度和显微结构等进行了系统测试。结果表明,御窑厂遗址西北角出土的明早期瓷质套钵与垫饼,组成与同时期官窑陶瓷胎体组成基本一致,应是使用了同一原料制作,但瓷质套钵和垫饼组成相较于瓷器样品元素组成分散性略大,结合文献资料综合分析推测,当时瓷质套钵和垫饼应是使用了制瓷“剩土”。垫饼正表面有一层人工涂刷痕迹明显的白色细小裂纹无光物质,组成分析显示为一种Al_(2)O_(3)平均含量为36.8%的高铝质耐火黏土,其主要作用是防止所垫烧器物与其粘连,从而减少器物烧成形变。
In order to reveal the raw material formula and production process of the kiln furniture such as the porcelain set bowl and mat cake of the Imperial Kiln Factory,the elemental composition,firing temperature and microstructure of the early Ming porcelain kiln furniture excavated from the northwest corner of the site of the Imperial Kiln Factory in Jingdezhen in 2021 were systematically tested by utilizing EDXRF,thermal expansion meter and other analytical means.The results show that the imperial kiln factory site excavated in the northwest corner of the early Ming porcelain set bowl and pad cake,composition and the same period of official kiln ceramic body composition is basically the same,should be the use of the same raw material production,but the porcelain set bowl and pad cake composition compared to porcelain samples of the elemental composition of the dispersion is slightly larger,combined with the comprehensive analysis of the literature to estimate that the porcelain set bowl and pad cake should be the use of the porcelain"leftover soil"The Cushion cake on the surface of a layer of artificial paint traces of obvious white small cracks without light material,composition analysis shows that an average content of Al_(2)O_(3) for 36.8%of the high-alumina refractory clay,its main role is to prevent the pad burned artifacts and its adhesion,thereby reducing the artifacts fired deformation.
